Toronto - PSAC Demo where SWC office closed March 30th

Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada are joining protests against the Harper government's lack of commitment to women and the loss of services and jobs provided by Status of Women Canada. A demonstration took place in Toronto at 4900 Yonge Street where a SWC office closed on Friday, March 30th. See photos and listen to an audio slideshow where PSAC Ontario Regional Women's representative Valerie Fargey and PSAC VP Ontario Ken Boone express their thoughts on the situation

Wow. All (nine) of the "protesters" in the same picture! Great support for the (lost) cause, in a GTA of, say, 4 million?

Keep up the good work. Harper was correct. No one cares, except those who were gainfully employed doing squat.

oh erik, so cute. so, is nine just the highest number you know, or the greater limit to your circle of social interaction?
i assure you, there were more protesters than that, and, had you bothered to learn anything about the topic before commenting, you would have known that there have been plenty of protests across Canada.
as for lost causes, isn't your commenting here a textbook case of the cat calling the kettle black?
